NEWARK, N.J. - A man convicted of two counts of violating the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) on March 19 was sentenced to 41 months imprisonment by a New Jersey federal judge who also denied his post-verdict motion for acquittal and ordered him to pay $73,167 in restitution (United States of America v.
