CAMDEN, N.J. - Although a website operated by a Pennsylvania-based certified public accountant (CPA) has "certain interactive features," a New Jersey federal judge on March 12 determined that these were insufficiently interactive to establish general jurisdiction in New Jersey over the CPA absent any other targeting of customers in the state (Martin D.
