DENVER - The Colorado Supreme Court issued a unanimous opinion on Feb. 25, overturning the state appellate court in a case brought by plaintiffs seeking to garnish the insurance company of a restaurant owner who dumped cooking grease into the sanitary sewer and caused a clog that caused the buildup of hydrogen sulfide gas, which injured the plaintiffs when they attempted to clear the clog (Mountain States Mutual Casualty Co. v.
