NEW ORLEANS - The Louisiana Supreme Court on April 1 found that an appeals court erred in failing to order the reconstitution of a medical review panel (MRP) with different physician members to determine whether a doctor insured's care and treatment fell below the standard of care applicable to an obstetrician and gynecologist, reversing and remanding in part a lawsuit arising from a medical malpractice claim (Renea Fanguy v.
