GULFPORT, Miss. - A Mississippi federal jury in the first phase of a trial determined on April 8 that relators have successfully proven that damages to the U.S. government under the False Claims Act (FCA) in connection with an insurer's fraudulent federal flood claim were $250,000 (United States of America ex rel.
