MILWAUKEE - A federal judge in Wisconsin on May 10 ruled that consumers in a Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) lawsuit against a debt collector are entitled to $2,000 in statutory damages and an award of attorney fees and costs, which will be determined after the consumers provide the court with a bill of costs (Ronald Gaspardo, et al. v.
