DENVER - A panel of the 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on May 14 affirmed a bankruptcy court's ruling and said that a debtor's transfer of real property less than a year prior to filing her bankruptcy petition was not a fraudulent transfer because the property would not have been part of the bankruptcy estate even if the transfer had not taken place (Ginger D.
